Find Out The Hiring Process at Vinove
Let’s understand the hiring process step by step to give you complete insight into how it takes place at Vinove.
#Step 1 Screening the Best Match Skill Candidates
The first step in our hiring process is screening the best match-skill candidates. We do this by looking at the candidates’ resumes and determining if they have the skills that we are looking for. If they do, we will invite them to come in for an interview.
However, if a candidate does not have the skills that we are looking for, we will let go of them. This is because we want to make sure that all of our employees have the necessary skills to do their jobs effectively.
#Step 2: Assessing Cultural Fit
Once we’ve screened the candidates and determined that they have the skills needed for the job, the next step is assessing their cultural fit. We want to make sure that candidates will be a good fit with our team and our company culture.
This is done through interviews and assessments designed to measure things like teamwork skills and communication style.
# 3 Assessment Rounds
After assessing the cultural fit of the candidate we proceed with the assessment round one that is taken by the concerned manager of the team. For example, if we need a candidate for the SEO requirement, we will connect that candidate to the manager of the SEO team.
Once the manager gives a green signal to the candidate, the candidate is then connected with the head of the concerned department (Assessment Round Two).
If the HOD finds the candidate to be suitable and eligible for the post, he/she is then assessed by the HR of the organization (Round Three).
#Step 4 HR discussion and Negotiation
In this part, HR discusses with the candidates’ the salary and perks given by the organization. You could say in simpler terms that this round is more of salary and negotiation.
Some of the things that are discussed during this round are:
- The salary being offered by the company
- The benefits and perks offered by the company
- The duration of the contract/ job offer
- The location of work
# Step 5 Offer Generation
Once everything is discussed and the candidate is willing to join the organization, we generate the offer letter.
The offer letter contains all the information about joining the organization like Joining date, designation, basic pay scale, allowances etc. This document is given to the candidate for his reference and records.
# Step 6 Pre Boarding
After the HR discussion and negotiation, the candidate is given a pre-boarding package. This package includes all the necessary information about the company and the job that has been offered to them. It also includes documents like the contract, insurance policy, etc.
Once the candidate has accepted the job offer and signed all the necessary documents, they are officially a part of the Vinove team.
