Remote roles at Vinove companies are not a watered-down version of in-office positions. The scope, compensation, and performance expectations are the same. You're hired to own the work, not fill a seat.
Remote here means India-based. These roles require overlap with teams in the NCR timezone (IST), which means most async communication happens within a standard working day. No late-night calls to accommodate international timezones.
Occasional in-person time may be requested for onboarding or planning quarters. Travel for these is covered. Frequency is low and agreed in advance, not imposed.
Eligibility

Working hours
IST-aligned. Core hours roughly 10am to 6pm. Async-friendly outside those windows.
